Carding ( Cyber crime case )

Carding is crime for stealing credit card number of someone else and used commercial on the internet. This case occured in Bandung, Indonesia arround 2003. The perpetrators of most student, the student arrested by police was succesful transaction on internet used someone's else credit card. The perpetrators ussualy operation on internet cafe in Bandung and they do the transaction with credit card illegal obtained from several sites. In Indonesia haved laws or regulations for prohibit someone to do evil about Cyber Crime and that haved on Regulation of ITE . For this case, the perpetrators will be sentenced according the regulations in force.
1. Regulation of ITE
    * The perpetrators haved access to electronic information document in violance of defency. This contain in section  27 ( 1 ) and ( 4 ) . They will be punished for 6 year and a fine 1 billion
    * The perpetrators haved open the electronic information some people. They conatined in section 32 ( 3 ) . They will be punished for 10 years and a fine 5 billion.
    * The perpetrators haved  manipuation of other's people data. They contained in section 35. They will be punished 12 years and a fine 12 billion.
    * The perpetrators haved maked a loss for others. They conatained in section 36. They will be punished 12 years and a fine 12 billion.

2. Regulation of KUHP
    * The perpetrators haved forgery of electronik mail. They contained in section 263. They will be punished 6 years.
   * The perpetrators haved oppressed the rights of others. They contained in section 363. They will be punished 7 years.
    * The perpatrators haved commited fraud by taked the raight of others. They contained in section 378. They will be punished 4 years.
